POLE EXOTIC
Pole Exotic (Pole dance) allows a woman to experience her body as a tool for expressing her feminine essence—a tool that becomes increasingly refined with training. This leads to greater freedom and confidence, not only in dance but also in everyday life.
Pole Exotic dance is a wonderful way to maintain your figure and add variety to monotonous gym workouts. We don’t just learn dance combinations; to achieve the best results, stretching and physical conditioning are equally important, so the program includes appropriate exercises.
During training, we wear specialized shoes with high heels and platforms. These shoes allow for performing many elements, visually elongate the legs, help effectively engage the leg and core muscles, and provide protection during jumps. For the first few classes, you can dance in socks or rent a pair of shoes.
We take into account the individual needs of each student, and most importantly, the goal is for Pole Exotic to bring joy!
