ACRO YOGA

Acro Yoga is a group practice where everyone has a role: the “base” provides support, the “flyer” balances in the air, and the “spotter” ensures safety. These sessions build strength, flexibility, and trust between partners.

 

Why is Acro Yoga taking the world by storm? Because it’s more than just a workout; it’s a unique blend of acrobatics, yoga, and massage that enhances both physical and emotional well-being!

Acro Yoga is especially beneficial in an acrobatics studio because it enhances coordination, balance, strength and flexibility — key skills for mastering complex acrobatic moves.

 

Classes start with a warm-up, followed by practicing poses and transitions, and end with a relaxing cool-down that often includes elements of massage. It’s a fantastic way to stay fit, connect with others, and enhance your physical and mental capabilities.
