Yekaterina Rekap
Trainer and psychologist combining dance and inner freedom
Yekaterina’s path began in a small studio with old poles. At the age of 27, as a mother of two with no athletic background, she came to pole dance to regain confidence, feel her body, and rediscover liveliness and freedom.
Over time, through consistent practice of pole dance and acrobatics, she explored the capabilities of body and mind, developed her own teaching methods, led classes for adults and children, and organized dance events.
Eventually, she founded Rekap Woman Space, which grew into one of the largest pole dance studios in the Baltics.
With growth came understanding — true depth and inspiration come not from the number of events or trainers, but from individual attention to each woman and her inner world.
